When this fits

You are a regulated firm that must show a risk-based AML programme, and your procedures and records are incomplete.

What the work covers

  • A risk assessment of the firm's customers, products and channels.
  • Written procedures for onboarding, monitoring, escalation and reporting.
  • Record keeping and a review workflow your staff can run.
  • Training material for your staff.

What you receive

  • The risk assessment and procedures.
  • The configured records and review workflow.
  • Training material.

How completion is decided

Your nominated officer reviews the programme against the firm's obligations and each procedure is walked through on sample cases.

What you provide

  • Your nominated officer, your policies and sample case data.

What RJV does not promise

  • A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
  • Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
  • That the firm's regulator will accept the programme; the firm and its officer remain responsible.

How to start

Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.
