Applied AI and Owned Model Operations
Language and vision model systems designed to run inside infrastructure you control, with the evaluation and rollback controls to operate them.

When this fits
You want a model to do defined work on data that must stay in your environment, and you want your own team to be able to run, evaluate and stop it.
What the work covers
- A written operating contract: the model's purpose, acceptable error, escalation paths and review points, agreed before anything reaches production.
- Retrieval, model serving and workflow orchestration built around those controls.
- Evaluation datasets and quality gates for the behaviour the contract names.
- Lifecycle controls for retraining, rollback and decommissioning.
What you receive
- The running system, built from the agreed design, with its tests.
- Evaluation datasets, the gate results and the audit records the system produces.
- Operating procedures, including how to roll back and retire a model.
How completion is decided
Each criterion in the operating contract is checked against the evaluation results, and a criterion that is not met is listed and either fixed or accepted in writing.
What you provide
- A named person who can decide what counts as acceptable error.
- Representative data, with the permission to use it.
- Hardware or hosting where the models will run, or a decision to have it specified.
What RJV does not promise
- A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
- Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
- That a model is correct. Output is evaluated against the contract, and a model output never authorises its own execution.
How to start
Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.
Discuss this service
Tell us the outcome you need, the systems involved and the conditions for acceptance. Agree the scope, responsibilities and price before work begins.
