Workflow definitions are validated against a closed operation registry and executed as runs with steps and a declared budget.
Interfaces
- POST /workflow/runs starts a run of a validated definition.
- GET /workflow/runs returns the caller own runs.
- GET /workflow/runs/{run_id} returns one run state and its steps.
A step that asserts an approval is reachable only through an approval decision; the validator refuses a definition where it is not.
