Start with an email
Write to contact@rjvtechnologies.com . This is the company's published contact address, and it is the same one given in the corporate information . You can also use the enquiry form below. The platform stores your submission for 365 days. Email contact@rjvtechnologies.com if you want to be sure RJV has seen it; a successful submission is not a promise of a response, a response time or an email delivery.
What to include
What the problem is, in the terms your organisation uses for it.
What a good outcome would be, and how you would tell that it had been reached.
The systems the problem touches, and any constraint you cannot change.
Whether you want to own and run the result, and what that means in your organisation.
Who has authority to decide scope, and the date by which you need an answer.
Please do not send passwords, keys, personal data about other people or confidential documents in a first message. Describe them instead. They can be exchanged safely once an engagement has been agreed.
What happens next
If RJV replies, the reply will say whether the problem looks like one it can help with and what an assessment would involve. RJV has not committed to reply to every message.
If both sides want to go on, RJV writes down the scope, the deliverables, the acceptance criteria and the price of the assessment before any work starts.
The assessment is done to the scope and deliverables agreed in writing beforehand, and the agreed deliverables are what you receive. A larger engagement is a separate decision for both sides.
RJV does not publish a response time for the email address or the enquiry form, because it has not committed to one for those routes. If a deadline matters, say so in the first message.

Before you write
The engineering page describes how an engagement runs. The commercial terms state how work is charged. The deployment and ownership page explains what you would hold at the end, and states that no platform licence is on sale.
