When this fits

You need someone to take responsibility for operating cadence, priorities and delivery without hiring full time.

What the work covers

  • An operating rhythm: priorities, meetings, owners and measures.
  • Ownership of agreed delivery outcomes.
  • A handover plan to a permanent hire or to your own team.

What you receive

  • The operating rhythm written down.
  • A record of decisions made and outcomes delivered.
  • The handover plan.

How completion is decided

Each outcome named in the written agreement is delivered or its shortfall is recorded; the engagement ends on its stated date or by the handover plan.

What you provide

  • A sponsor with authority over the work, and access to the team.

What RJV does not promise

  • A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
  • Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
  • Authority beyond what the agreement grants.

How to start

Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.

Discuss this service
