When this fits

You want to know whether decisions are made by the right people, on the right information, and can later be explained.

What the work covers

  • Reading of governing documents, delegations and minutes.
  • Interviews with decision makers.
  • Comparison of the written rules with what happens.

What you receive

  • A written review with findings and recommended changes.
  • A decision-rights table that you can adopt or amend.

How completion is decided

The findings are checked with the people they describe for factual accuracy, and the review is complete when the final text is delivered.

What you provide

  • Governing documents, access to decision makers and their records.

What RJV does not promise

  • A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
  • Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
  • Legal advice on the duties of directors.

How to start

Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.

Discuss this service
