When this fits

Inventions are being made and not captured, or reach a filing without a clear record of who invented what and when.

What the work covers

  • A disclosure form and review process.
  • Records of inventors, dates and public disclosures.
  • Handover packs for your patent attorney.

What you receive

  • The disclosure process and its records.
  • Handover packs for filings.

How completion is decided

A sample of past inventions is run through the process and each produces a complete handover pack.

What you provide

  • Your patent attorney and a sample of past inventions.

What RJV does not promise

  • A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
  • Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
  • Legal advice or the filing of applications, which your patent attorney does.

How to start

Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.
