RJV Technologies Ltd · Company No. 11424986 · Financial year ending 2026 · Last reviewed: March 2026
Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes RJV Technologies Ltd’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.
RJV Technologies Ltd (Company No. 11424986) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, providing enterprise technology consulting services from the United Kingdom.
RJV Technologies Ltd has a zero tolerance position on modern slavery, forced labor, child labor and human trafficking in any form whether within our own operations or in those of any organization we engage with commercially.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
Our Business
RJV Technologies Ltd is an enterprise technology consulting company based in London, United Kingdom. Our services include business continuity planning, disaster recovery architecture, cloud migration strategy, AI systems engineering, digital transformation advisory, and cybersecurity and enterprise resilience consulting. We are a professional services organisation; our business does not involve manufacturing, physical supply chains, or the production or handling of physical goods. Our operations are conducted primarily in the United Kingdom, with consulting services delivered remotely and on-site to clients across the UK and internationally.
Our Supply Chains
As a professional services company, our supply chain is limited in scope.
We procure professional services (legal, accounting and financial advisory);
IT infrastructure and software services (cloud hosting, software licensing and productivity tools from established technology providers) and on occasion, specialist subcontracted consulting expertise.
We do not procure raw materials, manufactured goods or labor intensive services that carry elevated modern slavery risk profiles.
Where we engage third party subcontractors or specialist consultants, we engage qualified professionals operating under UK or equivalent employment or self employment frameworks.
We do not use agencies or labour providers and we do not engage workers through intermediary structures that could obscure employment relationships.
Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
Given the nature of our business and supply chain, RJV Technologies assesses its exposure to modern slavery risk as low.
Our primary mitigations are:
- Direct employment or self employment relationships with all individuals engaged in the delivery of our services with pay and conditions set at or above UK statutory minimums.
- Procurement of technology and software services exclusively from established, publicly accountable technology providers subject to their own modern slavery obligations.
- No engagement with labor agencies, gangmaster, or intermediary labor providers of any kind.
- Contractual requirements in all subcontractor and supplier agreements prohibiting the use of forced labor, child labor or any form of human trafficking.
Reporting a Concern
Anyone who suspects that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor or child labor is occurring in connection with RJV Technologies or any organization we work with should report this immediately.
Reports can be made to us via the Contact page or directly to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700 (free, 24 hours) at modernslaveryhelpline.org.
