Universities, research institutes and independent scientific organizations working on the mathematical foundations of physics, computational science or applied systems theory.
Collaboration takes the form of joint research, access to the UME framework for verification and extension and co publication where the work merits it.

Implementation partnerships operate under a commercial licence from the patent portfolio and a structured technical integration programme managed by RJV Technologies.

Standards bodies, regulatory authorities and professional associations developing governance frameworks for AI systems, critical infrastructure and enterprise technology and particularly where the deterministic architecture of the UME provides a technical foundation for auditability and explainability requirements that probabilistic systems cannot satisfy.

Government & Sovereign Technology
Government departments, defence organizations, intelligence agencies and national infrastructure operators who require technology capability that is sovereign, auditable and structurally complete and not dependent on cloud platforms with foreign jurisdiction, not operating on probabilistic approximations in critical decision environments and not subject to the supply chain vulnerabilities of commercial AI systems built on publicly available models. Sovereign deployment licences are available under separate terms.

What we look for in a partner.
We do not partner by default, by convenience or for optics.
Partnerships are formed where there is a specific alignment of purpose and a specific outcome that neither party can achieve working alone.
- Intellectual honesty where partners who evaluate the UME framework on its merits — who check the derivations, attempt falsification and engage with the science on its own terms and where we do not seek partners who will accept the framework uncritically.
- Domain depth where organizations that understand the specific problem domain they operate in at a structural level and not just at the surface of its current solutions where the most productive partnerships are with people who know exactly where their current toolkit breaks down.
- Complementary capability where we bring analytical depth and architectural rigor and where we look for partners who bring domain access, implementation capability, regulatory relationships or client networks that extend the reach of what the framework can do.
- Long term orientation where the most significant applications of this framework will not be delivered in a single engagement and where we build partnerships with organizations that are thinking about the same problems on a five- to ten-year timescale.
- Ethical alignment where we do not partner with organizations whose work involves the development or deployment of technology for purposes we consider harmful and including autonomous weapons systems, mass surveillance without legal basis or systems designed to circumvent individual rights.
- This is not negotiable.

Generic partnership enquiries without a clear articulation of the alignment do not lead to productive conversations.
The questions we will ask in an initial partnership conversation are the same questions we ask in any initial engagement:
What is the actual problem?
What have you tried?
What does success look like?
What can you bring to this that we cannot provide alone?
If you can answer those questions clearly, the conversation will be productive regardless of which partnership category applies.
All partnership discussions are treated as confidential.
We sign mutual NDAs at the start of substantive technical or commercial discussions.
We do not share information about our existing or prospective partnerships with third parties.
