When this fits

You want recommendations or tailored content and need to know whether they help.

What the work covers

  • A defined goal and a measure for it.
  • A method chosen for your data volume, with a non-personalised baseline.
  • Controls for consent and for what data may be used.

What you receive

  • The working method and its code.
  • A measurement against the baseline.
  • The consent and data-use controls.

How completion is decided

The method is compared with the baseline on held-out data and on a live test where you agree one; the result is reported whether or not it improves the measure.

What you provide

  • Behavioural data with the permission to use it, and a measurable goal.

What RJV does not promise

  • A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
  • Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
  • That personalisation will raise sales.

How to start

Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.

Discuss this service

Tell us the outcome you need, the systems involved and the conditions for acceptance. Agree the scope, responsibilities and price before work begins.
