When this fits

A regulator, auditor or customer will examine you against a named set of requirements and you want to know where you stand first.

What the work covers

  • Mapping of each requirement to the control and evidence that meets it.
  • Identification of missing or weak evidence.
  • A plan, with owners, to close the gaps.

What you receive

  • The requirement-to-evidence map.
  • The gap list and closing plan.

How completion is decided

Each requirement is marked met, partly met or not met, with the evidence cited, and the map is accepted by your compliance owner.

What you provide

  • The named rule set, your compliance owner and access to your records.

What RJV does not promise

  • A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
  • Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
  • That you will pass an examination.

How to start

Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.
