Service
Sovereign Migration
Moving a workload from a hosted platform to infrastructure the customer controls, with a rehearsed cutover and a way back.
On this page
When this fits
A system runs on a platform you cannot inspect or leave, and you want to bring it under your control.
What the work covers
- Inventory of the workload's data, dependencies and integrations.
- Target infrastructure designed to your control requirements.
- A rehearsed cutover and rollback.
What you receive
- The migrated system on your infrastructure.
- The cutover and rollback record.
- Operating procedures.
How completion is decided
The cutover is rehearsed on a copy, then performed, and the migrated system passes the checks you agreed; the way back is tested.
What you provide
- Access to the current platform and its data, and target infrastructure.
What RJV does not promise
- A fixed price or duration before the scope is known.
- Regulatory approval or a certificate; the customer remains the regulated party.
- No downtime during cutover.
How to start
Describe the problem on the Work with Us page. Every engagement follows the stages on the engineering page, and the commercial terms explain what determines scope and how the work is charged. Ownership at handover is described in deployment and ownership.
Discuss this service
Tell us the outcome you need, the systems involved and the conditions for acceptance. Agree the scope, responsibilities and price before work begins.
